The largest exhibition space in Québec
The Centre de foires has the largest exhibition space in Québec with more than 11,625 m² (125,000 ft²). That’s why it hosts the largest trade shows held in the capital, accommodating more than one million visitors per year.

An entirely modular design
The ultramodern Centre de foires is ready for a variety of events: trade shows, galas, meetings, banquets, shows, etc. Totally modular, it can be customised to create the environment that suits the event’s needs.

For groups of 10 to 10,000 people!
With its versatility and flexibility, the Centre de foires can accommodate groups of 10 to 10,000 people. The ground floor is divided into 4 sections, allowing the presentation of various activities at the same time. Four rooms on the main floor offer the flexibility to meet the needs for almost any activity.


Entry hall

Roomy and bright, the entry hall can be used for multiple functions: presentations, press conferences, cocktail parties, registrations, etc.

Ground floor

The exhibition space on the ground floor can be divided into 4 distinct sections. This installation’s flexibility makes it possible to accommodate several activities in the same space at the same time.

Main floor rooms

The 4 rooms located on the main floor can handle a multitude of activities: meetings, business dinners, board of directors meetings or press conferences, all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Loading dock 

• To facilitate moving in or removing materials: 13 loading platforms of 2.4 m x 2.4 m (8 ft x 8 ft)
• Direct access to the exhibition halls through 4 doors measuring 4.7 m x 4.7 m (15.4 ft x 15.4 ft)

Ten years of non-stop success

Built in 1997 at a cost of $20.4 million, the Centre de foires occupies a place of honour on the ExpoCité site. It proudly hosts almost all of the large-scale trade shows held in Québec City.

Modern, versatile and practical
The building offers multipurpose spaces capable of accommodating a variety of events small and large. Its immense space easily handles more than 30 major events every year.

Accessible and convenient
Its accessibility, proximity to major roads, and its vast 3,500-space parking lot make the Centre de foires a favourite for organisers and visitors. Its advanced installations, such as computerised ticketing, and its diversified services, such as restaurants, are designed to satisfy everyone’s needs.

Solid as… steel
The building of the Centre de foires took almost a year as approximately 85 people worked on it permanently. More than 1,130,000 kg (2,500,000 lbs) of steel comprise the metal frame, while the building is made of calcareous stone, corrugated aluminum, wood and glass.
